In short
This site is operated by Pradyumna, a photographer based in London. It sells limited edition prints and takes commissions.
What is collected. When you send an enquiry, the form collects your name, email address, the enquiry type you select and your message. Nothing else. There are no tracking or advertising cookies on this site.
Where it goes. Enquiries are processed by Formspree and delivered to my inbox. The site is hosted by Netlify. Both may log standard technical data such as IP address and browser type.
What it is used for. Replying to you, and fulfilling a print order or commission if one follows. Your details are never sold, shared or used for marketing.
Edition records. If you buy a print, I keep a record of the buyer against the edition number. This is what makes a limited edition verifiable, and it is retained for as long as the edition exists. It is not shared with anyone.
Photographs of people. Images made in public places appear here as documentary and artistic work. If you appear in a photograph on this site and want it removed, tell me through the enquiry form and I will take it down.
Your rights. Under UK GDPR you can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data at any time. Send the request through the enquiry form, choosing "Other", and it comes straight to me.
